PACKAGES
Skiff Trips – 8 person minimum to book and up to 14 person max
Our skiff trip packages will be our standard all-inclusive packages (Lodging, meals, and non-alcoholic beverages) that will also include the use of our custom-built skiffs to fish and explore the island on your own. Each skiff will hold two anglers, our lodge personnel will keep them ready to go at all times.
Skiff Trip - PACKAGE 1
The one-nighter: Rate is $550 per person 8 person minimum
This quick getaway trip will depart Gulfport Harbor around 1-2pm for a quick 30 minute ride out to the lodge. Upon arrival at Tarpon Tales lodge the guests will be able to fish all until dark around the island. Guests will return to a fresh cooked meal that evening before dark. The next morning breakfast will be provided prior to heading out for the morning bite! Guests will return to the lodge for a light lunch and prepare for a noon departure back to Gulfport Harbor.
Skiff Trip - PACKAGE 2
The two-nighter: Rate is $1050 per person 8 person minimum
The trip for those who prefer a little more time. Following the same agenda as the one-nighter, we will depart Gulfport Harbor around 1-2pm for a quick 30 minute ride out to the lodge. Upon arrival at Tarpon Tales lodge the guest will be able to fish until dark around the island. Guests will return to a fresh cooked meal that evening before dark. The next morning breakfast will be provided prior to heading out for the morning bite! Our lodge chef can pack a lunch for the skiffs or you can return back to lodge for lunch and a little relaxation before heading back out for the afternoon session. Skiffs can also come and go as pleased throughout the day. We will provide dinner at an agreed upon time and guests will hang out at the lodge and rest up for the final day of fishing. Breakfast will be provided again prior to heading out for a final morning of skiff fishing. Guests will have until 11 am to return back to the lodge and prepare for a noon departure back to Gulfport Harbor.
Skiff Trip - PACKAGE 3
The ultimate three-nighter: Rate is $1350 per person 8 person minimum
The trip for anglers that need an extended getaway! Following the same agenda as the one and two-nighters, we will depart Gulfport Harbor around 1-2pm for a quick 30 minute ride out to the lodge. Upon arrival at Tarpon Tales lodge the guest will be able to fish until dark around the island. Guests will return to a fresh cooked meal that evening before dark. The next morning breakfast will be provided prior to heading out for the morning bite! Our lodge chef can pack a lunch for the skiffs or you can return back to lodge for lunch and a little relaxation before heading back out for the afternoon session. Skiffs can also come and go as pleased throughout the day. We will provide dinner at an agreed upon time and guests will hang out at the lodge and rest up for the final day of fishing. Day 3 will be a repeat of the agenda from day 2. The 4th and final day breakfast will be provided again prior to heading out for a final morning of skiff fishing. Guests will have until 11 am to return back to the lodge and prepare for a noon departure back to Gulfport Harbor.
DIY Trips
Do It Yourself Package
• Do it yourself trip option (bring your own boats and food)
$300 per person per night, minimum 6 people.
• Add food and a cook for an additional
$150.00 per person per night.
Fully Guided Trips
Professionally guided trips on 22’ – 27’ hybrid bay boats. Chartered guide trips will fish the afternoon on day 1, morning and afternoon on day 2, and morning on day 3. The guides will provide all tackle and fishing gear.
Cost is additional per below:
1 nighter trip = additional $300 per person
2 nighter trip = additional $400 per person
3 nighter trip = additional $500 per person
***Our charter boats fish 4 guest max per boat, 8 people will go on two boats, if a 9th guest is added a flat rate fee will be charged on top of the standard rate to cover the additional required charter boat/captain at $800.00 per day.
Trip ADD ONs
FLOUNDER BOAT PACKAGES AVAILABLE ON ANY OVERNIGHT TRIPS.
- Our 24’ Long Beach Custom flounder boat and a guide will be provided for up to 6 guests for $700 per night. Trips available base on allowable weather conditions. Inquire about the flounder package prior to your trip date.
GRATUITIES:
- Our staff work hard to provide the ultimate experience for your time at our lodge. Typical tips range from 15-20% of the total trip cost divided between anglers. The tips will be shared amongst the staff present during your trip. Feedback is always appreciated and feel free to tip more or less based on your experience.
